Terms of service

Sessions. All sessions are delivered online over Zoom or a similar video link, one to one, at the time booked through Superprofile. Please join from a quiet, well-lit place; for colour analysis, daylight photos sent in advance are part of the session.

Payment. Payments are processed by Superprofile (Razorpay). Prices are listed in Indian rupees and are inclusive of all taxes.

Rescheduling and refunds. Free rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your scheduled slot. Cancellations requested at least 48 hours before your session are eligible for a full refund. Once daylight photos have been submitted for analysis, sessions are non-refundable.

Advice. Recommendations are personal styling guidance based on the information and photos you share. They are not medical, dermatological or psychological advice.
